shorts.shortfundly.com (the “Shorts Platform”) provides digital services and streaming content only. We do not ship physical goods. This policy explains how digital access, in-app purchases, and creator deliverables are fulfilled and communicated to you.

What “Delivery” Means

• Immediate access to short-form videos via web/app once you’re signed in and entitled to view them (free or paid).
• Activation of any purchased add-ons (e.g., ad-free viewing where offered) within your account after successful payment authorization.
• In-app confirmations, email receipts, or notifications reflecting changes to your plan or entitlements.
• Creator deliverables (if you are a creator) such as analytics or downloadable reports provided inside your dashboard and/or via email links.

Delivery Timelines

• Streaming access & add-ons: Typically available instantly after payment is confirmed. In rare cases, allow a few minutes for propagation.
• Downloadable reports/receipts: Generated on demand; completion time varies with file size and queue load.
• Promo codes/credits: Reflected immediately upon redemption unless otherwise specified in the offer terms.

Failed or Delayed Delivery

• Refresh your session and verify your plan/entitlements in Account → Billing.
• Check your email (including spam) for confirmation or download links from Shortfundly.
• If access hasn’t appeared within a reasonable time, contact [email protected] with your account email and transaction ID.

Territory & Availability

Content libraries, monetization options, and certain features may vary by region due to licensing, partner, or legal restrictions. If a purchased feature is not available in your region, we will work with you on a comparable alternative or account credit at our discretion (see Refund & Cancellation Policy).

Network & Device Requirements

• Stable internet is required for streaming. Quality may adapt to bandwidth and device capability.
• Use the latest browser/app version for best performance and compatibility.
• Some DRM-protected content may require specific OS/browser features to play.

Access Links, Expiry & Limits

• Download links (for creator reports or receipts) may expire. You can regenerate from your dashboard.
• Fair-use or plan-based limits (e.g., quality caps, concurrent streams) may apply; see your plan details.
• We may throttle unusually high request volumes to maintain platform stability.

Service-Level Targets

We aim to provision purchases instantly and keep streaming responsive. During peak traffic or maintenance windows, processing may queue or quality may adapt. If systemic outages materially impact delivery, we’ll post status updates and may offer service credits per our refund/credit practices.

Taxes & Invoices

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout according to your jurisdiction. Invoices/receipts are provided digitally in your account and/or via email. Please keep your billing email accurate to ensure receipt.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including widespread internet outages, CDN/cloud incidents, acts of government, natural disasters, or other force-majeure circumstances.
