How to Delete Your Account

Follow the instructions on the deletion portal to confirm your account deletion request.

Your account deletion request will be processed within 30 days.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you delete your ShortsOTT account, the following data will be permanently removed:

Your email address and account credentials
Your name and profile information
Your profile picture and display settings
Your watch history and bookmarks
Your preferences and settings
Your subscription information (if applicable)
Any personal data associated with your account

Note: Some data may be retained for legal or regulatory compliance purposes, such as transaction records required for tax or accounting purposes, for a limited period as required by law.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within up to 30 days from the date of your request. During this period, your account will be deactivated and you will not be able to access it. After the processing period, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
